P.I.C.O. Neighborhood Council
As part of
the new L.A. charter plan for a citywide network of independent neighborhood councils, the Wilshire Vista Neighborhood Association has joined other neighborhoods in the area (Carthay Square, CHAPS, Picfair
Village, Pico del Mar, Pico Park, Neighbors United, Redondo/Sycamore, South Carthay, Wilshire Highlands, Wilshire Vista Heights) to form the greater P.I.C.O. Neighborhood Council.
Through the
P.I.C.O. Neighborhood Council, WVNA works with other neighborhoods to have a more effective voice in city government and solve problems common to our community.
