Neighborhood Street Sign Initiative
We are thrilled to announce that we have successfully reached our fundraising goal for updating the neighborhood signs! This achievement was made possible thanks to the generous contributions from our community, including CD10 Councilwoman Heather Hutt, DOCS Surgical Hospital, E&B Natural Resources, Belle’s, Leslie Romenesko COMPASS, and Lyons Mortgage Services Inc. - Andrew Sophocleous, along with the dedicated efforts of Julie Collinson, who spearheaded this initiative.
Matthew Peridis and Julie Collinson, both members of the WVNA Board, have designed and implemented the new neighborhood street signs. Their dedication and creativity have truly enhanced our community's aesthetic and visibility. We are grateful for their hard work and positive impact. Be sure to keep an eye out for the newly installed Wilshire Vista signs!

In February 2025, 90019 home prices were up 5.3% compared to last year, selling for a median price of $1.4M. On average, homes in 90019 sell after 90 days on the market compared to 93 days last year. There were 54 homes sold in February this year, up from 30 last year.
