Our much-anticipated annual neighborhood event is just around the corner! Step into a world of potions, mystical crafts, magical games, and fantasy fun for every age on Sunday, October 19 from 2:00-5:00 PM. To conjure a truly spellbinding celebration, we need volunteers, donations, and sponsors from our community.
Volunteer to bring some magic to our Wilshire Vista Witches & Wizards event. Sign up for a shift at one of the event stations or donate enchanted treats, décor, or pumpkins to help make the day unforgettable.

Wilshire Vista Neighborhood Association Marks 30 Years of Community!
The Wilshire Vista Neighborhood Association is thrilled to celebrate 30 years of bringing neighbors together and enriching our vibrant community. Since its founding in 1992, the association has served as a hub for connection, advocacy, and neighborhood spirit uniting residents, organizing community events, and fostering the unique character that makes Wilshire Vista such a special place to call home.
With gratitude for three decades of volunteer energy, collaboration, and community pride, WVNA looks forward to building on this legacy for many years to come.

Wilshire Vista’s Future
5510 W. Pico
A new neighborhood food park and bar, is coming to Pico Boulevard. The space will offer chef-led options including pasta, BBQ, tacos, crepes, and a bar, with communal tables and outdoor seating for families and neighbors. Led by The Playhouse Group, the project aims to bring more walkable dining and social activity to the neighborhood.
K Line Metro
Metro’s K Line Northern Extension is moving through environmental review, with plans to connect Crenshaw/Expo north to central LA, Hollywood, and new transit links—including the D and B Lines. For Mid City, the project promises faster, more direct rail access while Metro studies tunnel safety and property impacts in historic neighborhoods. Community input is ongoing and remains vital to shaping the final route and details.

In August 2025, 90019 home prices were down 2.2% compared to last year, selling for a median price of $1.3M. On average, homes in 90019 sell after 66 days on the market compared to 56 days last year. There were 54 homes sold in August this year, down from 58 last year.
